Clearbrook Holdings Inc. is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the U.S. income tax provision and compliance. You will file federal and state returns and support ASC 740 and SSAP 101, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate tax reporting.
The role requires a Master’s in Accounting (Tax) and 5–7 years of tax experience; Big Four or insurance industry background is preferred. Base salary is competitive with a strong benefits package and annual bonus.

The Tax Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s U.S. income tax provision and compliance function, including federal and state reporting requirements. This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax returns and supports the tax provision under ASC 740.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
