Clearbrook is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee the U.S. income tax provision and compliance, including ASC 740 reporting and coordination with internal teams and external auditors.
You will manage quarterly and annual tax filings and related footnotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Accounting (Tax), with 5–7+ years in accounting, and experience in the insurance sector or Big Four tax.

The Tax Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s U.S. income tax provision and compliance function, including federal and state reporting requirements. This role ensures accurate and timely filing of tax returns and supports the tax provision under ASC 740.

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
