Ladders is seeking a Manager, Talent Products in San Francisco to own the global recruiting strategy and roadmap. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to implement scalable, modern talent solutions enhancing hiring outcomes and the end-to-end experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong product thinking in people operations and hands-on experience with AI-enabled recruiting workflows to boost speed, quality, and consistency across the organization.

Qualifications

8+ years in recruiting, people operations, technology, or related product functions.
3+ years managing and developing high-performing teams.
Track record of building and scaling global recruitment processes and technologies.
Strong product management capabilities, including strategy, roadmapping, prioritization, and outcome measurement.
Experience with AI-enabled recruiting workflows and knowledge of recruiting systems, integrations, and data governance.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Talent Products to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own the global recruiting strategy and roadmap, with a focus on building scalable, modern talent solutions that improve hiring outcomes across the organization. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and help shape an efficient end-to-end recruiting experience. The ideal candidate brings strong product thinking to people operations, along with experience using AI and automation to increase speed, quality, and consistency in recruiting.

Location: San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $204,000 – $296,000 annually
