Job summary

Common Cause in the United States is seeking a recruiting professional to manage searches end-to-end, from sourcing to offer, ensuring a strong and diverse candidate pool.

You will use competency-based rubrics and structured interviews, track metrics, collaborate with hiring managers, and support implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in hiring processes. • Use rigorous, equitable hiring tools such as competency-based rubrics and structured interviews.
• Track search metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
• Partner with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members to ensure alignment.
• Support implementation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement in hiring processes.
• Contribute to People, Equity & Inclusion team strategy and projects.

Requirements:

• Commitment to Common Cause's nonpartisan mission and equity.
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, preferably with Lever ATS.
• Strong communication, organization, and ability to travel 4-6 times per year.
• Salary range $84,872 - $100,786 per year, adjusted for location.
