Watkins Wellness is hiring a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our People and Culture team. In this global role, you’ll develop and implement strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across multiple regions. Reporting to the People & Culture leadership team, you’ll partner with executives and business leaders to ensure our workforce is ready for today and the future. Your work will influence every hire, every team, and every experience—from employer branding to innovative sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global hiring strategies that align with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a global Talent Acquisition team to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values and brand promise.
• Oversee recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and contingent labor programs.
• Partner with department heads and HRBPs on workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage analytics to continuously improve recruitment strategies and performance.
• Lead employer branding efforts across platforms including websites and social media.
• Adapt talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• 5+ years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in developing and implementing strategic hiring plans
• Experience in managing recruitment budgets and vendor relationships
• Experience supporting executive recruitment and contingent labor programs
• Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to improve recruitment processes

Hiring Range: $95,200-$149,490
