AdventHealth Tampa seeks a senior regional recruiting leader to partner with the Sourcing Manager and Talent Strategy COE. You will shape regional sourcing and marketing strategies and keep vacancies at facility-specific levels, while forecasting workforce needs and driving efficiency.
Responsibilities include building strong partnerships with facilities, LEAN process improvements, and delivering recruiting programs that align with business priorities.

Partners with Sourcing Manager and Talent Strategy COE to develop regional recruitment sourcing and marketing strategies to acquire talent and ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specific levels. Assists facilities in the region with retirement risk analysis and development of innovative programs to ensure workforce continuity. Uses external scan tools to understand the market and educate facility leaders on labor market conditions, providing recommendations for programs and practices. Develops and maintains effective partnerships to understand business and recruiting needs, establishing effective recruiting strategies. Develops process improvement plans using LEAN methodology to improve local regional team processes and partners on nationwide implementations, executing planned improvements and sustaining gains. Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Director in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing recruitment processes, programs, and functions. Develops, implements, and manages an effective forecasting model to move to just-in-time recruiting strategies. Networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees to develop relationships and pipelines. Implements recruiting strategy, calculates and reports return on investment, and advises on alternate solutions. Partners with HR leaders and HR Shared Services to foster a team environment promoting open communication. Other duties as assigned. Leads regional recruiting team, ensuring accountability to results and SLA’s. Partners with other Regional Managers and Sr. International Manager to meet annual recruiting targets efficiently and effectively.
