Job description

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead a team of recruiters and shape talent strategies that enable business growth across the America's and Europe. In this role, you will partner with senior business leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract top talent, strengthen recruiter capabilities, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across multiple markets and business functions. As a key leader on the Talent Acquisition team, you will leverage data, market insights, and workforce trends to influence hiring strategies, improve recruiting effectiveness, and drive a world-class candidate experience. This is an opportunity to lead a geographically dispersed team while helping define how C.H. Robinson attracts, engages, and hires talent in a rapidly evolving global talent market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters across the America's and Europe, building talent advisor capabilities that drive strong hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to develop workforce strategies, anticipate talent needs, and influence hiring decisions across multiple regions and business functions
  • Leverage recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and workforce data to drive decisions, provide business insights, and improve recruiting effectiveness
  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting programs, processes, and strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience
  • Foster an inclusive hiring culture by supporting diverse talent attraction strategies and ensuring equitable recruiting practices throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with HR CoE's, Marketing, Communications and other key stakeholders to strengthen talent attraction and retention outcomes globally
  • Support annual workforce planning, budgeting, and resource allocation efforts to ensure alignment with business priorities and hiring demands across regions
  • Serve as a key TA leader by contributing strategic recommendations, leading initiatives, and identifying opportunities to enhance organizational impact
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 5 years' professional work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams across multiple locations, regions, or countries
  • Experience influencing senior leaders through workforce planning, talent insights, and consultative partnership
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Experience designing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies, programs, or process improvements
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure outcomes
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change leadership skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage competing stakeholder needs, and drive organizational alignment in a matrixed organization

Compensation Range

$89,800.00 - $151,800.00 The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
