Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in complex semiconductor equipment or related high-technology platforms.
• Experience in requirements management, systems architecture, interface control, verification and validation, risk management, and configuration control.
• Strong business judgment, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the systems engineering roadmap for inspection and metrology platforms, including architecture, requirements, interfaces, verification strategy, configuration discipline, and technical governance.
• Build, coach, and manage a high-performing systems engineering team with scalable processes for requirements traceability, design reviews, risk management, change control, and technical decision-making.
• Partner with engineering, operations, field service, product management, marketing, manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic customers to translate market and customer needs into executable system requirements.
• Lead resolution of complex cross-subsystem technical issues, support executive customer engagements, and ensure engineering execution aligns with quality, schedule, cost, and customer commitments.
