Manager Engineering, Systems Engineering 2 to join our Systems Engineering organization supporting the Multi-Domain Command & Control (MDC2) Business Unit. The position is located in Melbourne, FL. This leadership position will be full-time in the office with minimum travel. The selected candidate will lead a section of up to 15 Human Factors Engineers who support a portfolio of domestic and international contracts. This position reports to the Specialty Engineering Department Manager within the Multi‑Domain Command & Control (MDC2), Global Surveillance Division. This role carries a 20% work‑week allocation to the direct supervision, management, and leadership of the E‑2 HFE Engineering Team, providing direction by utilizing Northrop Grumman management guidelines as well as general and sector policies. The role also supports a technical statement of work for the remaining 80% of the work week.

Primary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
