Summary

We are currently looking for a Manager (System Implementation & Operational Support) to join our Enterprise Solutions No. 1 Department in our New York Office.

Essential Duties

This position is responsible for leading team members to solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, modifying, and maintaining application systems to meet user needs, while overseeing and optimizing end‑to‑end SAP application operations to ensure system stability, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.

Working Hours & Style

09:00 - 17:30. Hybrid model with on‑site work twice a week.

Working Location

Manhattan, NY

Salary & Benefits

$100,000 - $130,000 annual.

Holidays

Saturday and Sunday; national holidays.

Qualifications

• Project management experience
• Non‑Japanese vendor management experience
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
• Analytical skills with regards to requirements analysis, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP system application implementation or SAP system application operations
