Job summary

Community Health Choice is seeking a qualified administrator to manage core applications and systems within the nonprofit health plan. You will lead a configuration/solutions team to design, develop, deploy, and sustain business process software while supporting all departments and monitoring Texas regulations for compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years of configuration or claims processing knowledge, QNXT familiarity, and at least 2 years of leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of configuration experience or extensive claims processing knowledge; QNXT knowledge preferred.
• Texas Medicaid knowledge.
• 2 years of previous management/leader experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Lead the configuration/solutions development team in the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of business process solutions and software systems/applications. Support all departments and constantly monitor state regulations to comply with changes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of configuration experience or extensive claims processing knowledge and background; QNXT knowledge preferred.
• Texas Medicaid knowledge.
• 2 years of previous management/leader experience.
