Community Health Choice is seeking a qualified administrator to manage core applications and systems within the nonprofit health plan. You will lead a configuration/solutions team to design, develop, deploy, and sustain business process software while supporting all departments and monitoring Texas regulations for compliance.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5 years of configuration or claims processing knowledge, QNXT familiarity, and at least 2 years of leadership

This position is responsible for managing specified applications/systems within Community Health Choice (CHC). The person in this role is expected to maintain performance within the designated applications, manage and develop staff, continuously improve the quality of processes, and work with Leadership to implement new ideas defined for Health Plan needs. Lead the configuration/solutions development team in the design, development, deployment, and sustainment of business process solutions and software systems/applications. Support all departments and constantly monitor state regulations to comply with changes.
