We are seeking a Manager, Sustainability to support Globe Life's sustainability initiatives. This hybrid position is based in McKinney, TX, with WFH on Monday and Friday, and in-office from Tuesday to Thursday.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support development of a formalized Sustainability program aligned with company strategies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to drive sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on ESG best practices and stay informed on trends.
  • Enhance sustainability reporting and adapt to changing ESG regulations.
  • Manage data, systems, and operations related to ESG metrics.
  • Potentially manage direct reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; post-graduate studies a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years in ESG or corporate sustainability; 5+ years in a corporate environment preferred.
  • Experience in ESG strategy development, reporting, and frameworks like SASB and TCFD.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Workiva ESG platform experience is a plus.
