Overview

Global Learning Collaborative, a medical education company, is seeking a qualified candidate for the Manager, Supporter Services position. The role involves providing top-tier service to supporters, including pharmaceutical, device, diagnostic companies, and other grantors, who fund educational grants for medical education activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand educational needs and contribute to development and implementation of education plans.
  2. Review and analyze activity data to assess educational success and effectiveness.
  3. Develop and deliver reports to grantors on status, metrics, outcomes, and educational impact.
  4. Maintain communication with internal teams and external supporters regarding project status and outcomes.
  5. Identify opportunities for future grants based on program metrics and outcomes.
  6. Collaborate with educational strategists and scientific teams on grant execution.
  7. Manage multiple priorities effectively.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in client services, preferably in medical education or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Understanding of project management principles.
  • Leadership qualities and team collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility, independence, and willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
