Job summary

Jobtailor, located in Beverly Hills, CA, seeks a procurement leader to oversee EIS and Administrative Services sourcing and purchasing. You will manage vendor relationships, review pricing and utilization data, and drive QBRs with key suppliers.

The role requires 5 years in healthcare procurement, strong contract negotiation skills, and a Bachelor's degree. CPCM certification is preferred for senior leadership. This position is based on-site in Beverly Hills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Accounting, Contract Administration, Procurement or related field is required.
• CPCM certification is preferred for advanced procurement leadership.
• 5 years of progressive purchasing/contract experience in complex multi-hospital or healthcare environments are required.
• 2 years of staff leadership experience such as team lead or manager are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EIS and Administrative Services sourcing, contracting and purchasing activities.
• Review supplier, pricing, operational, and utilization data to support sourcing recommendations.
• Lead supplier performance evaluation and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Negotiate complex service agreements, SOWs, MSAs, SLAs, and performance guarantees.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the EIS and Administrative Services categories, leading sourcing, contracting and purchasing‑related activities.
• Reviews supplier, pricing, operational, and utilization data to support sourcing recommendations.
• Oversees operational purchasing workflows and leads supplier performance evaluation and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Negotiates complex service agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), pricing structures, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and performance guarantees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Accounting, Contract Administration, Procurement or a related field required
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager certification (CPCM) preferred
• 5 years of progressive responsibility in purchasing, project management, contract and vendor negotiations in a complex environment of a multi‑hospital setting, large hospital or healthcare setting required
• 5 years of direct experience in one or more category, such as medical surgical, facilities and support services, and or professional services required
• 2 years of Staff leadership experience such as team lead, supervisor, or manager required
