Job summary

Jobtailor in Maryland seeks an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to develop and implement a resilient supply chain strategy for the business area. You will own performance and financial objectives for the GSC program and serve as the PMO focal point across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• 5+ years of team leadership or people management.
• Ability to obtain a secret government security clearance.

• Brief PMO and executives on cost and schedule status and issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a resilient supply chain strategy for the business area
• Own responsibility for predictable GSC program performance and financial objectives for the BU
• Act as the main focal point for the Program Management Office (PMO) for the entire supply chain
• Coordinating cross-functionally to ensure that all supply chain commitments are met
• Lead supply chain program execution and be accountable for proposal activities, resource planning, material cost, forecasting, schedule performance, risk/opportunity management, supplier performance, and supply chain issue resolution
• Brief the PMO and executive management on the status and issues affecting program cost and schedule performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years minimum (or Master's degree and 6 years) of related experience
• 5+ years of team lead and or management of people
• Ability to obtain a secret government security clearance
