Job summary

Restaurant Brands International is seeking a highly analytical Manager, NPI Supply Chain to join Popeyes in Miami, FL. You will own end-to-end supply chain for new menu items from concept to national rollout, partnering with Marketing, Culinary, QA, and suppliers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day communications with the purchasing cooperative, and ensure supply readiness and profitability across the innovation pipeline. A strong PM and analytics background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain, project management, or consulting experience related to supply chain.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with QSR or CPG/Retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with purchasing cooperative to own end-to-end supply chain execution for all new menu item launches, from Marketing / Culinary concept through market test to national rollout.
• Act as a single Supply Chain point of contact bridging Culinary, Marketing, and the purchasing cooperative throughout the NPI process.
• Ensure supply readiness for innovation items on the Marketing Calendar, in collaboration with the purchasing cooperative.
• Manage day-to-day relationships and communications with the purchasing cooperative, QA, and key suppliers to support NPI launches and ongoing restaurant operations.
• Ensure supplier readiness, and quality standards while meeting profitability targets across the innovation pipeline.
