Job summary

Providence is seeking an experienced supply chain leader to supervise and optimize operations across our California facilities. This role focuses on delivering efficient, compliant supply chain services in a demanding healthcare environment.

You will lead process improvements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to financial management and cost control while supporting patient care excellence. This is an on-site role based in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent educ/experience.
• 5 years Supply Chain Management or Finance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, financial management, and process standardization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years Supply Chain Management or Finance experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role; 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Key experience highlights include; healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting; experience standardizing disparate processes; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Formal training in Lean/Six Sigma or similar process improvement programs.
