Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance or Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent educ/experience
• 4 years Supply Chain Management or Finance experience with 1 year in a healthcare setting, including at least 1 year in a Supervisory level leadership role.
• Key experience highlights include; healthcare business operations and/or financial management experience in a healthcare setting; experience standardizing disparate processes; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
