• Pay:$35.74 - $57.19 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Manages the daily operations of the department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Oversees management of high-value regional inventory assets through data validation, conversion coordination, and usage analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manages daily inventory operations for assigned region to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.


• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and/or manages scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. Emphasizes coaching to encourage personal growth and ensure team success.


• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.


• Manages product conversions including local stocking requests submission with distributors and vendors. Performs annual evaluation of asset inventory levels to ensure appropriate supply relative to demand.
