Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Supplier Quality to join a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role focuses on strengthening supplier quality oversight across GMP and GDP vendors, ensuring compliance, and supporting material qualification in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier changes, address nonconforming materials, and support external audits.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Supplier Quality to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will help strengthen supplier quality oversight across GMP and GDP vendors, with a focus on maintaining compliance, supporting material qualification, and managing vendor-related quality activities. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate supplier changes, address nonconforming materials, and ensure quality expectations are consistently met. It will also support external supplier audits and help establish effective oversight for on-site service vendors in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $124,449 – $150,803 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee qualification and management of GMP and GDP vendors
• Manage material qualification and vendor change notification programs

Qualifications
