  • Partner with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Support decision-making with business analysis, research, and performance insights.

  • Facilitate leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings and business reviews.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison to improve communication, alignment, and execution across teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms with Analytics teams.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support special projects and high-priority initiatives for the executive team.

Job description

The Strategic and Operations Manager serves as a trusted partner to the executive leadership and leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, influence across functions, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. This individual will act as a force multiplier for the executive leadership, facilitating decision-making, managing critical initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and follow-through across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Support executive decision-making through business analysis, research, and performance insights.
  • Lead cross-functional programs, track key priorities, and ensure accountability for outcomes.
  • Facilitate leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Prepare executive communications, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, leaders, and teams to improve communication, alignment, and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve organizational processes, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Partner with Analytics and business leaders to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support special projects and high-priority initiatives on behalf of the executive leadership.
Domain Expertise
  • Experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations, Consulting, or a similar business management role.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and driving operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, business reporting, and budget management.
  • Consulting or strategic planning experience preferred.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation development skills.
