Are you passionate about solving customer problems and driving impact? As a Strategy Manager within Caterpillar’s Building Construction Products (BCP) Division, you will serve as a key thought partner to leaders and subject matter experts, helping them address customer pain points, identify solutions, assess financial impacts, and develop implementation plans across BCP.

What You Will Do:

1. Work with internal and external partners to identify industry trends and formulate growth strategies.
2. Lead cross-functional strategic projects to accelerate long-term growth initiatives, including market evaluation, business case development, and project execution support.
3. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across the organization.
4. Support leadership in investment activities such as acquisitions and partnerships, including due diligence and integration.
5. Manage and monitor the project pipeline within BCP.
6. Assess market dynamics and provide insights to leadership.
7. Collaborate with strategy teams across segments and within Caterpillar on strategic initiatives.

Additional Information:

• Location: Cary, NC
• This position requires a 5-day in-office schedule and up to 25% domestic travel.

Salary Range: $144,960 - $217,320. Compensation varies based on factors like experience, location, and skills.
