The Strategy team shapes EA's long-term direction and helps leadership navigate a rapidly evolving entertainment and technology landscape. Within Strategy, Strategic Intelligence builds a deep understanding of the market and how EA can capture value within it. We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Intelligence to lead high-priority work on major strategy initiatives. You will scope and run your own workstreams across several concurrent priorities, and represent Strategy directly in discussions with senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities

You will represent Strategic Intelligence in central enterprise initiatives and own high‑priority projects and workstreams end to end, from framing the question through to a recommendation leadership can act on

You will build and maintain a deep understanding of the entertainment market, including competitive performance, platform and ecosystem dynamics, monetization models, consumer behavior, and adjacent movements across media and technology.

You will identify the opportunities emerging in the market that EA is positioned to capture, and frame them clearly enough to inform where the company invests.

You will help shape the cadence and sequencing of the intelligence team's output, ensuring the right insight reaches the right audiences

You will structure ambiguous problems into clear plans of work, tightly scoped and sequenced to land when decisions are being made.

You will develop concise, executive‑ready materials that lead with the answer, mobilizing the inputs a project requires across central functions.

You will present directly to senior audiences, including Strategy leadership, central function leaders, and studio executives.

Requirements

3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable analytical role. Experience in media, technology, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.

Exceptional structured problem‑solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage your own priorities across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast‑moving environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, decision‑oriented narratives and materials.

Strong analytical fluency, including advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL or the ability to pick it up quickly

Comfort and fluency with AI tools, and genuine interest in applying emerging technologies to strengthen how the team works.

Passion for interactive entertainment, innovation, and building enduring franchises that resonate with players and fans worldwide.
