Manager, Strategic Account Development - Platform

About The Team

Our Platform Account Development team is responsible for the adoption and growth of Platform solutions with our hundreds of thousands of SMB restaurants in the US (SMB defined as < 150 locations). This sales team partners with our Account Management team to understand the first-party (online ordering) growth goals of our restaurant customers and tailors our solutions to meet their needs.

About The Role

As a Manager, Strategic Account Development, you will lead a team of front-line sales reps, driving sales performance to meet SMB platform volume goals. You will hire, develop, and performance manage talent, and foster an inclusive, motivating work environment. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Account Development, and leads team members across the US. It is a remote position based within the US.

Responsibilities
  • Help grow the team — source, interview, and hire top sales talent.
  • Drive a high-performing sales team through coaching, deal strategy, and pipeline reviews.
  • Leverage customer insights to improve processes and programs for merchants and team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in building and executing pipeline strategies.
  • Excellent people leadership and program development skills.
  • Customer obsession and ability to coach front-line reps.
Additional Information

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. This position is eligible for comprehensive benefits, including salary, equity, commissions, and health benefits. The salary range is $151,360—$222,640 USD, with total on-target earnings of $189,200—$278,300 USD.
