What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance product delivery and unlock engineering capabilities
2. Manage project dependencies and negotiate delivery milestones with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
3. Identify project risks and propose implementable solutions to mitigate them
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety within the engineering team
5. Develop team budgets and report on progress and results achieved

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 6 years of coding experience
2. At least 5 years of development experience in a large-scale, mission-critical environment
3. 5+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in a technical setting
4. Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science concepts
5. Proven ability to learn technical concepts quickly and adapt to new technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with modern languages such as Python, Java, or Go
2. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and digital experimentation
3. Knowledge of Cassandra, Kubernetes, React, PHP, or Spring WebFlux
4. Hands-on experience with SEO and Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
