Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse in Delaware is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold The Sullivan Way.

You will partner with the GM to optimize costs, manage labor, and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a steakhouse setting; prior leadership in casual to fine dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
• Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
• Previous experience managing a steakhouse and level 1 Wine Certification are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
• Establishes excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
• Helps GM execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty
