The Manager of Specialty Programs is responsible for the internal implementation and external growth of specialized clinical programs. This position leadsclinical excellence and brings the right balance of operational oversight, fiscal responsibility, teamwork and hands‑on leadership, ensuring that clinicians are supported, care transitions are seamless, patients experience continuity across the entire care continuum - both internal and external, and that our care partners are supported. This role ensures these programs comply with regulatory standards, meet operational key performance indicators and deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care.
