Job summary

Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, seeks a Manager of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead our specialty pharmacy services across the enterprise in Wisconsin.

You will oversee specialty medication management, infusion services, and access programs, build strong teams, ensure compliance, and partner with clinics and external partners to expand access to complex therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the listed fields within 6 years of hire.
• Registration as pharmacy technician in the state of primary work location; AND
• Nationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician (CPhT or ExCPT)
• Minimum 3–5 years progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations, with a focus on specialty operations

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field required within 6 years of hire
• Registration as pharmacy technician within the state of primary pharmacy work location; AND
• Nationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician credential (CPhT or ExCPT), based on state of primary work location
• Minimum 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations, with a focus on special operations such as specialty pharmacy, infusion services, complex medication management, medication access, or related pharmacy service lines
