Job summary

Axon Enterprise in Seattle seeks a Senior Solutions Architect – Team Lead to guide a group focusing on law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers. You will coach, mentor, and coordinate with sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful delivery of architecture-driven projects.

You will report to the Senior Director, RTO, manage 6–10 architects, and own project execution aligned with Axon’s standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related technical leadership roles.
  • 1–3 years of direct supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Expertise in solution architecture frameworks, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
  • Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences, including clients.
  • Experience in project management and business process analysis.
  • Basic understanding of integration coding methodologies.
  • Experience in the public safety sector preferred (e.g., RMS/CAD implementations).
  • Must pass a CJIS background check and maintain CJIS clearance

Base Pay Range

$144,555 — $231,288 USD
