Position Summary

The Manager, Solutions Consultants - Commercial is responsible for leading and executing the successful implementation of the Sales Account Executive’s customer or location specific strategy to attain revenue via assigned Sales Solution Consultants. The mission is to deliver a high return on investment and to firmly entrench FedEx Office as the supplier of choice in the market by leading and developing the Solutions Consultants team. This role involves identifying, developing, and growing FedEx Office’s prospective and existing local market customer base, following the FedEx Office sales process, and executing the National Secondary Coverage Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team within a defined market territory, providing effective direction, coaching, and development.
  • Meet and exceed revenue objectives through customer visits, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop tactics for customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure customer deliverables are met.
  • Lead the execution of the National Secondary Coverage program, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide coaching and performance management to team members.
  • Utilize financial insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in retail, customer service, or sales environment.
  • 1+ year of management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
Additional Information

This is a remote, full-time position primarily based in the Great Lakes area, with residence in WI, MN, or IL preferred. Salary range: $5,364.26 - $9,476.86. Federal Express is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-Verify.
