Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Manager of Software Product Delivery to lead and develop Software Product Managers, Product Owners, or hybrid delivery teams. You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Operations to align priorities and deliver value.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of Software Product Management, Product Ownership, Technology Delivery, or Agile leadership.
- 3-4 years of leadership experience.
- Scrum Master Certification or Product Manager/Product Owner SAFe® certification preferred.

The Manager, Software Product Delivery leads and develops Software Product Managers (SPMs), Product Owners (POs), or hybrid product delivery teams within the Software Product Delivery Enablement organization. This role is accountable for building high-performing teams that consistently deliver business value through disciplined product delivery practices, strong stakeholder alignment, effective execution governance, and continuous improvement. The Manager establishes clear role expectations, develops team capabilities, and drives accountability for both delivery outcomes and business results. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, and Operations leaders to ensure teams are aligned to strategic priorities, maintain healthy backlogs, deliver predictable outcomes, and continuously improve ways of working.
