DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead end-to-end delivery of Pega projects from planning to deployment. The role focuses on team motivation, performance management, and delivering on business expectations with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development.

Responsibilities include defining scope, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional development experience and have led teams informally or formally on large projects (Pega preferred).
• Strong background in case lifecycle design (types, stages, routing, SLAs).
• Experience mentoring teams on Agile principles and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of features, managing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze linkages between components to ensure system integrity and performance.
