Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team and own delivery quality and operational excellence. You will partner across engineering, product, and business functions to drive reliable outcomes while fostering an inclusive environment.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering with leadership experience, agile delivery, and strong stakeholder management. Travel is occasional; hybrid work model is supported.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, software delivery, or related technical roles, including leadership of engineers, technical initiatives, or cross‑functional delivery efforts.
• Demonstrated experience leading software engineering teams in an agile or iterative delivery environment.
• Experience managing software development lifecycles, stakeholder relationships, delivery planning, and operational excellence initiatives preferred.
• Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, employee development, and team building.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

What You'll Bring:

• Ability to identify systemic issues and implement sustainable solutions.
