Job description

Manager, Software Development, Private Brands

Job ID: 10595998 | Amazon.com Services LLC

The Amazon Private Brands (APB) team is building the shared data, workflow, and AI agent platform that powers the next generation of APB products. As the Software Development Manager for the team, you'll own the vision, execution, and health of the platform, from dynamic data management and task orchestration to AI agent infrastructure built on Amazon Bedrock. You'll lead a team of engineers, set technical and organizational direction, and partner closely with consuming teams to ensure the platform scales to meet the org's needs.

Beyond leading delivery, we're looking for someone who operates with high ownership and broad impact. They grow the engineers around them, raise the bar on technical and operational excellence, and leave both the team and the codebase in a better state than they found them.
