Job Description
NBC Universal’s Enterprise Technology Site Reliability team enhances system reliability via standardization and automation, ensuring platform availability. We use data-driven approaches to identify and prioritize reliability efforts, minimize toil, and reduce failure costs, supporting a diverse portfolio of brands.
The ServiceNow Platform Development Manager will lead the development and execution of our SRE ServiceNow platform roadmap, managing the software development lifecycle, and ensuring agile delivery of high-quality products and platforms. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow Agile Development, DevOps, Data Analysis, and ITSM principles.
