Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

As a Manager of Site Merchandising & Operations for the General Merchandising Division, you will be responsible for enhancing the online customer experience for the Apparel & Jewelry category. Your role will be pivotal in creating an inspiring digital shopping environment, leveraging data analytics to inform search and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading change by encouraging innovation and recognizing good ideas.
  • Overseeing content, creative, and site merchandising processes to support the shopper experience.
  • Partnering with marketing to design compelling member experiences and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Translating market insights into seamless shopping experiences through homepage, navigation, and search optimization.
  • Analyzing data to monitor performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Managing projects and operational processes to ensure timely and accurate launches.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content and features meet category needs.
  • Leading and empowering team members with clear direction and strategic goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of merchandising or related experience, or 5+ years if without a degree.
