Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Simulation Program Manager (SIM PM) to lead the SIM center operations, scheduling, and policy administration at Nutley, NJ. The role requires collaboration with HMSOM Clinical Skills to develop curriculum and deliver simulation-based training.

The Simulation Program Manager (SIM PM) leads the operations of the Simulation Center which includes scheduling oversight, equipment management and policy administration. This role oversees direct reports on the SIM center team. This role establishes the schedule for the SIM center through collaboration with the other schools and programs utilizing this shared space. This role works closely with the HMSOM Clinical Skills program in the development of the curriculum with regard to resources and technical capabilities.

Minimum rate of $97,011.20 Annually
