Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, or case management systems.
• Assist with account setup, maintenance and updates.
• Research and resolve routine account, billing, and platform usage issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Provide training and guidance on Envestnet platform features for Asset Managers.
• Document client interactions and issue resolutions.
