The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Risk Control professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality risk management services as well as conducting their own high-quality field inspections and providing services. The Team Lead will work closely with the Vice President of Risk Control and the Vice President of Client Experience to align team efforts with corporate risk and Risk Control program guidelines.

- Be comfortable presenting to large accounts, agencies, and internal departments, while mentoring team members in effective presentation techniques.
- Efficient in setting client appointments and guiding team members in client engagement strategies.
- Simplify complex technical information for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge, promoting clarity in team communications.
- Influence risk to act on recommendations, fostering a culture of collaboration and buy-in.
- Clearly express ideas, recommendations, and technical reports in writing. Ensure your team maintains exacting and professional standards of communication.
- Utilize behavioral interviewing techniques to guide team interactions and client discussions.
- Build credibility with internal and external customers, developing your team’s capabilities in relationship management.
