KPMG is seeking a Manager / Senior Manager to join our Global Compliance Management Services practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Support account team in defining and executing account strategy for targets, existing clients, and proposal opportunities.
2. Collaborate with and guide internal teams and clients through transition and execution of corporate compliance engagements, including data and technology strategies.
3. Identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement initiatives, including the identification of value-added services.
4. Share best practices, market trends, and client feedback to enhance processes, technologies, and service delivery.
5. Maintain deep understanding of standard processes, available resources, and supporting technology solutions.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Manager:

1. Participate in and contribute to market and business activities outside the firm; build and manage client relationships; identify new marketplace opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent tax or accounting experience with a strong interest in process and technology.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, EA, JD/LLM, MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma-Green Belt, or other approved credentials. If not possessed at hire, must be obtained within one year.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Ability to work in a national/international team environment, remotely if needed.
• Self-sufficient work style with appropriate oversight.

Additional Qualifications for Senior Manager:

• Minimum eight years of recent tax or accounting experience; experience mentoring staff.
