The opportunity
Our Consulting business offers a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients, combining end-to-end supply chain strategy, procurement, and product portfolio management. In the area of Supply Chain & Operations, you will support organizations in implementing company-wide end-to-end Supply Chain planning programs - from strategy and concept to development and implementation.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will support organizations in implementing company-wide end-to-end Supply Chain planning programs - from strategy and concept to development and implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver as part of a globally diverse consulting team entrusted with delivering Supply Chain engagements across various industries
- Lead projects involving Blue Yonder/JDA software, including global solution design, system implementation, testing, and configuration to meet client specifications and business objectives.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to architect and implement supply chain transformations.
- Develop planning solutions, operational models, facilitate workshops, and conduct fit-gap assessments to align current and future states.
- Translate business requirements into technical functionalities, leveraging skills in o9, OMP, or similar platforms.
- Validate data, construct optimization models, analytical reports, and presentations.
- Offer innovative solutions to unstructured problems.
- Continuously upskill in planning capabilities, especially Blue Yonder software.
- Specialization in sectors like CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc., is an advantage.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
- Extensive leadership experience over ten years, focusing on project delivery in Supply Chain Management, especially in Supply Planning and Demand Management.
- Familiarity with Value Chain Synchronization and Supply Chain Re-Invention concepts is beneficial.
- Hands-on knowledge of Supply Chain Planning applications like Demand, Replenishment, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Scheduling, Control Tower Optimization, especially with Blue Yonder or other leading solutions.
- Expertise in Advanced Planning tools such as JDA, OM Partners, o9, and Kinaxis.
- Practical experience in configurations, training, customer communication, and documentation within Blue Yonder and/or Kinaxis environments.
- Leadership in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Supply Chain Planning implementations in large, complex settings.
- Experience in gathering requirements, transforming them into application needs, conducting Fit-Gap Analysis, leading design approval, collaborating on testing, supporting UAT, and documentation.
- Subject matter expertise in Inventory Planning, Planning Horizons, and Supply Chain Constraints modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, client service skills, and technical writing, with an interest in integrating enterprise processes with technology.
- Willingness to travel as required.
