Apple's Worldwide Education Product Marketing team is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager who shares our vision for education. In this role, you’ll lead strategy for the platform and operations of the Apple Education Community, aligning our products and services with the evolving needs of educators and learners globally.

Description
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Apple Education Community platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, product marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Scale the Apple Education Community, including the learning center and forum.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the engineering team.
  • Prioritize product features and improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
  • Advocate with internal teams to promote adoption of new technologies, ensuring the platform remains innovative and engaging.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of proven experience in product development, focusing on platform development and related technologies.
  • In-depth experience with the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of online educational communities and user engagement strategies.
  • Successful track record in launching sophisticated software products.
  • Proficiency with AI, Deep Learning, and their applications in online learning.
  • Experience leading projects from inception to release.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple priorities and quick timelines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and in person, with flexibility for outside hours.
  • Technical acumen in web technologies and service architectures.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • MBA or advanced degree and/or technical background.
Pay & Benefits

Base pay ranges from $185,800 to $334,900, depending on skills, experience, and location. Apple offers stock programs, comprehensive health coverage, retirement benefits, discounts, educational reimbursements, and potential bonuses or relocation support. Learn more about Apple Benefits.
