Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a senior security leader to manage the West Region Security operations and governance. The role focuses on strategy development, program improvement, and cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Business, Project Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• 5+ years of direct leadership in healthcare security, protective services, emergency services, military, law enforcement, or related field
• Licenses/Certifications including FEMA100/200/700 within 1 year of hire
• Valid Driver's License required upon hire; MN and WI residents must obtain license in their state
• Board Certified Protection Professional by ASIS; IAHSP and CFE/ CFI preferred

• Leads business engagement and security operations.
• Develops key business relationships to deliver security solutions that align with site business needs.
• Facilitates and coordinates security and business continuity programs.
• Assists in developing operational risk mitigation strategies for area of responsibility.

Job Description

Leads business engagement and provides governance for all security ground operations within area(s) of responsibility. Focuses on overall strategy for Allina’s security operations function. Develops new and improves existing department programs in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Business, Project Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
• 5+ years of direct leadership in the field of healthcare security, protective services, emergency services, military, law enforcement, or related field
• Licenses/Certifications
• FEMA100-Intro to Incident Command System - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
• FEMA200-ICS Single Res-Initial Action - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
• FEMA700-Natl Inc Mgmt System-Intro - FEMA Management institute required within 1 year of hire
• Valid Driver's License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver's license in their state of residence
• Board Certified Protection Professional by the American Society for Industrial Security
• International Association of Hospital Safety and Security preferred
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred
• Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) preferred

Pay Range

Pay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
