Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of security operations, incident response, or threat detection experience.
• 3+ years leading a SOC or Security Operations team.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to security operations and automation.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll shape security strategy, lead major incident response, and build a world-class security operations capability in a SOX-regulated, SOC 2 Type 2 certified environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day SOC operations across cloud and on-prem environments

This role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
