Job Title: Manager, Security

Job Summary:

Manager, Security is responsible of leading the Security organization to ensure protection of physical and intellectual company properties through the development and reinforcement of various risk management policies and programs.

Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall physical and IT security for the entire production facility
  • Define, plan, implement and monitor security organization's objectives and operations
  • Analyze data from vulnerabilities and compliance assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities; assess potential business impact from security violations and provide strategic guidance to business leaders
  • Create and execute policies and procedures to ensure security systems compliance
  • Lead the development and implementation of controls in alignment with security policies and audit requirements
  • Participate in research, design, development and testing of security solutions to ensure information security is taken into account during evaluation, selection, installation and configuration of hardware, software and applications
  • Liaise in between global headquarter & local security function and manage headquarter driven initiatives and projects for the local entity
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to establish effective response plans
  • Perform managerial duties including but not limited to recruiting, training, mentoring, and performance management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • At minimal 7 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of managerial experience
  • Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, as well as process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated effectiveness to achieve goals within due dates
  • The willingness and ability to work flexible hours occasionally to support team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven Leadership and collaboration abilities
