Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a senior SAP advisor to lead supply chain and manufacturing workstreams across all project phases, focusing on SAP Production Planning (PP) with seamless integration to MES, WMS, and manufacturing systems.

The role requires hands-on SAP configuration expertise and a track record in workshops, client relationships, and pre-sales activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations. Must be able to travel within the U.S. and work without sponsorship.

Job description

This role involves leading SAP supply chain and manufacturing workstreams throughout all project phases, ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions in production planning, manufacturing execution, scheduling, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities include supporting business development activities such as proposal development, system demonstrations, and pre-sales efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementations. The candidate will act as a functional lead and architect for SAP production planning (PP), ensuring seamless integration with supply chain, warehouse, and manufacturing execution systems.

Additional duties encompass managing engagement budgets, resource planning, mentoring staff, and contributing to thought leadership, training assets, and service offerings related to modern manufacturing technologies, including AI and advanced scheduling.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years' recent SAP advisory experience focusing on supply chain and manufacturing modules, hands-on configuration expertise, and leadership in workshop facilitation and client relationships.

Skills required are excellent communication, facilitation, presentation abilities, and familiarity with SAP Activate or agile methodologies. The role demands the ability to travel and work authorized in the U.S. without sponsorship.
