Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates with a data-driven, scalable sales engine. The Sales Manager will drive new revenue and expand existing revenue, hands-on in closing deals and building a scalable sales process.

Leadership will involve mentoring a high-performing team and forecasting performance. The role emphasizes growth across multiple B2B segments, development of growth strategies, and leveraging repeatable methodologies to achieve ambitious targets while reporting progress

Storable is transforming how Storage Sales operates. We have a clear vision for a more predictable, data-driven, and scalable sales engine, and we are building the operating system to support it. The Sales Manager will have responsibility for growth of new revenue and expansion of existing revenue. The manager will play a hands-on role in nurturing/closing deals as well as a role in leveraging a scalable, repeatable sales process and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Grow new bookings across multiple B2B segments
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to maximize revenue
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closing of deals
• Utilize a repeatable, scalable sales process and methodology
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to build a high-performing team
• Report on sales performance to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Ability to accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
• Directly participate in sales calls, negotiations and closing deals with reps
• Director of Sales to develop a strong lead-gen engine
• Innovate and automate upon current infrastructure and sales systems to further growth

• Experience in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on setting and achieving ambitious sales targets and KPIs.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Commitment to providing continuous training, feedback, and support to sales team members.

Qualifications

• Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to drive decisions and optimize sales processes
