Job summary

LevelBlue, LLC. is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to optimize sales processes, drive forecasting accuracy, and administer Salesforce across the organization.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to enable scalable growth and improve productivity. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce proficiency, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and automation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related experience.
  • 3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration and reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
  • Experience building Salesforce dashboards, reports, workflows, and process automation.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales operational strategies that support company revenue goals.

  • Support territory planning, account segmentation, quota allocation, and capacity planning efforts.
  • Facilitate sales planning processes, including annual and quarterly business reviews.
  • Serve as the primary business owner and administrator for Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage Salesforce workflows, dashboards, reports, custom objects, fields, and automation processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce adoption, data quality, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement Salesforce enhancements.
  • Support system integrations with marketing automation, CPQ, customer success platforms, and other business applications.
  • Maintain CRM governance standards and ensure data integrity across the platform.

Position Summary

The Manager, Sales Operations, is responsible for driving sales effectiveness, optimizing sales processes, managing Salesforce administration and reporting, and providing strategic operational support to the sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to improve productivity, increase forecast accuracy, and enable scalable growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, Salesforce proficiency, process improvement skills, and business acumen to support a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales operational strategies that support company revenue goals.

  • Design, document, and optimize end-to-end sales processes from lead generation through closed business.
  • Establish standardized sales methodologies, opportunity management practices, and pipeline management processes.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve conversion rates and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Ensure process compliance and alignment across sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, policies, and procedural documentation.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and manage sales dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights related to pipeline performance, bookings, forecast accuracy, win rates, and sales activity.
  • Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
  • Develop ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to support onboarding, training, and adoption of sales tools and processes.
  • Provide Salesforce training and ongoing user support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead management and customer lifecycle processes.
  • Support incentive compensation tracking and sales performance programs.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or related experience.
