What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Lead the Sales Executive team in generating new revenue for the Riskonnect Integrated Risk Management Suite
  • Develop and implement targeted sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive buyers in Business Continuity, Risk Management, and IT
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations to the Sales Executive team
  • Deliver product demonstrations to C-Suite executives, showcasing the value of our solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Business Continuity, RMIS, GRC, or IRM
  • Proven track record of building and managing teams that exceed sales quotas
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and revenue goal attainment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and track contacts and opportunities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience selling to C-level targets and clients
  • Knowledge of risk management and/or business continuity
  • A consistent track record of leading internal initiatives and being a go-to internal resource
