A leading fitness technology company is seeking a remote Sales Development Manager to lead and coach a team. This role involves driving sales and performance metrics, requiring experience in SaaS sales leadership. Candidates should be adept at remote team management and passionate about fitness. Compensation: USD 90000 - USD 110000 - yearly
This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. This role is with Xplor Mariana Tek, a vertical SaaS platform that empowers boutique, class-based fitness studios to streamline daily operations, boost productivity, and drive revenue growth. Mariana Tek powers many of the world’s most recognizable boutique fitness brands — from cycling and HIIT to Pilates, yoga, and wellness concepts. Our platform is designed for experience-driven operators who want to scale without losing the personal touch. This position is eligible for a commission plan.
