Overview

Compensation: USD 90000 - USD 110000 - yearly

This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. This role is with Xplor Mariana Tek, a vertical SaaS platform that empowers boutique, class-based fitness studios to streamline daily operations, boost productivity, and drive revenue growth. Mariana Tek powers many of the world’s most recognizable boutique fitness brands — from cycling and HIIT to Pilates, yoga, and wellness concepts. Our platform is designed for experience-driven operators who want to scale without losing the personal touch. This position is eligible for a commission plan.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs to consistently meet performance goals.
  • Oversee pipeline generation—ensuring robust outbound and inbound lead flow for Sales Development Representatives.
  • Provide hands-on training to the Sales team (live training, role playing, call monitoring and joint selling).
  • Implement data-driven performance metrics (calls, booked demos, conversion rates) and monitor pipeline health.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to align on messaging, target account strategy, and lead handoff processes.
  • Drive hiring efforts across SDR roles—participate in recruiting, interviews, and performance onboarding.
  • Foster career development and growth pathways toward Account Executive roles.
  • Leverage consistent training methodologies, including call coaching and role-plays.
  • Maintain and enforce CRM best practices, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce (or equivalent platform).
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years in SaaS sales leadership or SDR management.
  • Proven track record in coaching SDRs to improve performance.
  • Prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong ability to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountable.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Salesloft) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Deep familiarity with outbound prospecting tactics and pipeline generation.
